We had the pleasure of dining at this charming French restaurant, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. The interior design is elegant and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Whether you're there for a casual dinner or a special occasion, the setting is just right. One of the highlights was the variety of souffles, as they put in the restaurant's name—they truly shine here. The raspberry souffle is a sweet, light treat, while the salmon souffle offers a savory, rich flavor that’s perfectly balanced. Both were delicious and showcased the chef's skill. The wine selection was also impressive, offering a great range of options that pair wonderfully with the dishes. It complemented the meal perfectly and added to the overall dining experience. If you're a fan of French cuisine, this place is a must-visit. The food, ambiance, and service all come together for a memorable meal. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. It's a fully immersive experience with French wines and a 3 course select menu or a full menu of delicious souffles. The atmosphere is cute and cozy and the service is on par. I was impressed with how well they pronounced all the French wines. You can tell they thought of every little detail down to the handmade lavender soap and the little painted rocks they use to hold the check. We went with the grande prixi 3 course selection with rise salad, a board of select cheeses, filet mignon, blueberry and pecan souffles. All of which was absolutely out of this world delicious! We also got the bubbles flight and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend going for date night or a special occasion.

The pre fixe menu is a steal! The specials sounded incredible - we had warm fluffy bread and whipped butter, French onion soup & the famed marshmallow soup - so good! Then tuna and a Sun-dried tomato/pesto souffle: absolutely incredible. Blueberry souffle was to die for, as was the incredible apple tart. Apple cider and fresh limeade accompanied the meal, and were great options. Lovely environment, quiet and welcoming.

From the moment one steps into rise Souffle in The Woodlands, there is an unmistakable je ne sais quoi — a refined charm that transports you to a quaint Parisian salon, without ever leaving Texas. This elegant establishment is a true homage to the art of French cuisine, where every detail is attended to with finesse and care. Let us begin with the bread— warm, crusty, and aromatic. Served with butter that is tout simplement delicieux, it sets the tone for a meal that promises authenticity and sophistication. The coffee, rich and perfectly roasted, evokes mornings on the Rive Gauche — bold, expressive, and deeply satisfying. The French Onion Soup is a revelation — gratinee a perfection, its bubbling layer of cheese crowns a deeply flavorful broth that speaks of hours of careful preparation. The Tuna Nicoise Salad is another standout, delicately arranged with fresh greens, tender tuna, and just the right balance of acidite et fraicheur — a dish both wholesome and elevated. Do not miss the Parisian sandwich — a light yet satisfying ensemble of quality ingredients nestled between slices of artisan bread. Every bite whispers of the boulangeries of Saint-Germain. Now, to the souffles — mon dieu! The Grand Marnier Souffle is nothing short of ethereal. Light as a cloud, yet resonant with the subtle warmth of orange liqueur, it is a dessert worthy of a standing ovation. And the chocolate cake? Un peche mignon — decadent, dense, and flawlessly executed. What truly elevates rise beyond its already exquisite menu is the class and tidiness of the space. Every corner gleams with care, every table set with intention. The staff — chapeau! — are gracious, knowledgeable, and imbued with a sense of pride that enhances the entire experience. One feels not merely served, but welcomed, understood, and cherished. In a world that rushes, rise invites you to linger — to savor, to converse, to enjoy the art of dining as it was meant to be. With every visit, you leave already planning the next. A bientot, Rise Souffle. Merci infiniment.

This is such a cute spot. A bit pricey for the portions but it’s worth trying. We like to share the 3 course menu. It’s about 50 plus a tip. Lots of flavor . We liked every single one.

This place is so nice and unique- I love their cute area surrounding by birch trees! The trees have lights on them - super cute and romantic. Their veranda area also has adorable decor elements such as unique tall club chairs and cute little coffee tables. We had many group events at this restaurant. All my people loved this place. The service is great and food is always amazing with beautiful presentation as well. Highly recommend this place.

Wow. What a great dining experience. We came on a Tuesday evening, not many guests. Our server Sophia was wonderful and attentive. Decor and overall atmosphere was great. We began with the red wine and bubbles flights. Great way to taste a few different varieties. For appetizers, we ordered the cheese plate, french onion soup, and ‘Marshmellow’ Soup. The Charcuterie board wasn’t huge, but the cheeses were tasty. The French onion soup was a tad salty, but still very delicious! The marshmallow (actually goat cheese) soup was recommended to us and did not disappoint. Such good flavor, must try when dining here. Goat cheese is not my go-to, but it was still one of the best soups I’ve ever had. For the mains, we ordered filet mignon, crab souffle, herb & sausage souffle, and a monthly special avocado shrimp ceviche souffle. The herb & sausage was good, but kind of boring. The steak was seasoned perfectly and the butter sauce and vegetables that accompanied it were delicious. The crab souffle was soft and tasty. The shrimp and avocado souffle was presented so beautifully and tasted as good as it looked! For dessert, we had both the chocolate and pistachio souffle. The chocolate was not too sweet and so delicious. The pistachio souffle was light and absolutely divine. Overall the only dish I wouldn’t recommend is the herb & sausage souffle. Every other item we tried was amazing. This restaurant is so unique and the staff were so sweet. They have happy hour M-F 3-6!! GO TRY THIS SPOT!!

This was an experience both with the atmosphere and food! The ambience is superb and the food is outstanding! The portions are generous. I chose the three course meal option which is why the price was a bit higher than if I chose just one option. Choosing this option allowed me to have a starter, entree, and dessert. I definitely could have shared as the portions were large. I highly recommend giving Rise a try. You can even purchase bread boards, books, and cloth napkins (which are the size of dish towels). It is an experience worth venturing out for.
